Reasons why Pillow cover can be used as a Bag;
There can be many reasons such as:
-The formation of lint on the pillow surface.
-Damaged Zipper.
-Color Fading of the Fabric.
Initially the pillow cover will have loops on either side of it such that a strap can be attached with it.
The Bag will be suitable for carrying light weight materials.
